Something Tells Me We Should Get Used to This Look

Tilly and Emma discussing something at the Mall. I can see this scene being repeated in the future.

Underwater Adventures. Indeed.

We took Tilly, Jameson, Kate and Helen to Underwater Adventures at the Mall of America on Monday. The MOA is not a place I would like to visit again on a national holiday in the winter when a very popular Christian rock singer has clogged up the major gathering area in the mall.

The kids enjoyed it, so that's all that matters.

Capitol

After we struck out at the airport, I thought I would swing by the Capitol and show Tilly where all the big decisions are going down this spring.

Yet again, she's a phenomenon. There's something about her that Japanese tourists we've run into are drawn to. I am not sure what it is, as there's a language barrier for me, but this same exact thing has happened so many times.

The Gallery.

Someday, Tilly, someday.

Ready. To. Go. Home.

Airplanes

Tilly and I ventured downtown to the small Downtown St Paul airport, looking for airplanes. She saw one taxiing in after landing, but nothing up close. We'll have to try again. They said Saturday morning isn't exactly peak activity down there. Oh well.

Christmas ' 10, Part 2

Literally...tugging on Mama's apron strings.

There is ALWAYS something going on in that pretty little head of hers.

Pillow pet...very soft.

Tilly and Jameson.

So perfectly wonderful and beautiful.

Christmas 2010, Tilly's Second Christmas (Part 1)

Merry Christmas morning, beautiful girl. This is Tilly's laptop she's opening.

The third or fourth differently sized Elmo she's got now.

She sits at the table with me when I am on my laptop and works along side me.

I call this one "Optimism". That's Emma's new electric carving knife she's using there. Annie and Phisher best mind their behaviour or the knife may accidentally slip away from the ham.

Scenes from the Last Three Days: Snowmaggedon 2010

Making Christmas cookies with Mom.

It mostly all made it into the mixing bowl.

Emma captured this dramatic scene outside our front door today.

The Holidays Are Beginning. Reindeer Rides? Check. Christmas Tree? Check

Being a kid in Minnesota in winter takes on its own form.

Bump.

Mischief.

Tilly needed a moment to herself, overwhelmed by the choice in trees.

The Walker - Inside

Tilly trying to get the right angle on the man with the airplanes.

Modern schmodern.

Blue. Very blue.

She = So unbelievably beautiful. Me = So lucky.
